My costume from Anime North last month. Ivy from Blame! the manga. This was a difficult costume to create, and I'm damn proud of myself for doing it.

Well, from what I have seen in the past few years, your creations are one of the most close definitions
of the word "cosplay".
There are a lot of very fine craftsmen and beautiful models out there, but "play" part often leaves much to be desired.
Acting subtleties can make a huge differences.
Photographers, usually, can see it much more clear, since camera has its own view and can capture only certain visible aspects.

I really appreciate that! It's not very often people notice that sort of thing or even distinguish it as being part of the art. I always find myself to be a horrible model, but still try to portray the characters through my photos and performance. It certainly can't be done without a good photographer either. ^.^
